Solis Tek, Inc. a NV Corporation, is a developer of lighting and nutrient products, and most recently in cultivation and processing for the cannabis industry. Previously, from 2015-2016 Mr. Teeple was Chief Financial Officer and Secretary for Zonzia Media, Inc. (OTC:ZONX), a provider of streaming video and content to cable subscribers and hotel networks throughout the eastern US. From 2008 to 2014 Mr. Teeple was Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Indigo-Energy, Inc. (OTC:IDGG) a publicly traded company in the oil and gas exploration business. Over the prior three plus decades Mr. Teeple through his turnaround consulting business, Stan Teeple, Inc., has held numerous senior management positions in several public and private companies across a broad spectrum of industries. Additionally he has operated and worked for various court appointed trustees and principals as CEO, COO, and CFO in the entertainment, pharmaceuticals, food, travel, and tech industries. He operated his consulting business on a project-to-project basis and holds various other directorships. James F. Murphy brings more than 40 years of investigative and consulting experience as the Founder and President of Sutton Associates. From 1980 to 1984, Mr. Murphy was an Assistant Special Agent in Charge with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, responsible for a territory encompassing more than seven million people. His investigative specialties included organized crime, white-collar crime, labor racketeering and political corruption. From 1976 to 1980, Mr. Murphy was assigned to the Office of Planning and Evaluation at FBI headquarters, Washington, D.C. Tom has been CEO of Magna Global Ventures, a strategic advisory firm since 2021. He works directly with Low Tide, LLC, and Nascent Pharma as the Principal Senior Advisor to each company's CEO. He advises on strategy and financial engineering. From 2017-2020, Tom was Executive Director of Notis Global Holdings, an acquisition company. From 2010 to 2017, Mr. Gallo, through The Strategic Advisory Group worked with CEO’s and board members of public and private companies where he advised on business development, strategic planning, change management, team building, as well as investment banking and raised capital through his association with various broker-dealers. From 2003 – 2010, Mr. Gallo co-founded Moneta Capital Advisors, a merchant bank focused on investing and advising service industry providers. From 1991 to 2001, Mr. Gallo was a co-founder of M.S. Farrell & Co., a Wall Street investment bank and brokerage firm where he held various C-level positions including Chairman, CEO, and President. He studied chemistry at John Hopkins University which prepared him for his career in the cannabis horticultural industry. Previously Mr. Blackmon was CEO of United Cannabis Corporation with over $20 million in annual revenues in the cannabis growing and processing space.
As Chief Executive Officer and President of Blackmon Consulting for over a decade, Mr. Blackmon served as the Chief Operating Officer/co-owner of Sweet Lawn Landscaping of Tampa Florida, President and owner of Blue River Inc. a developer of retail aromatherapy products, and Chief Technical Officer/Master Grower of River Rock LLC growing it from a “mom-and-pop” operation into a sixty thousand square foot industrial hemp facility with a six-hundred-acre hemp grow in Colorado. Additionally, through Blackmon Consulting and twenty years of experience, Mr. Blackmon has been a consultant to the cannabis and marijuana industry for a number of successful growers and processors throughout the United States regarding cultivation methodology and processing system management.
